Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and booking our mystery events and interactive experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. We provide detective role-playing gatherings, clue-solving adventures, and team-based mystery competitions designed for the 40-60 audience demographic. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to access or use our services. Your acceptance is effective immediately upon your first use of our platform, whether through booking events, creating an account, or participating in any of our organized mystery nights.

User Obligations and Conduct

As a participant in our mystery events and interactive experiences, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward other participants, organizers, and venue staff. You must not engage in disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal behavior during any event. We require all participants to follow event guidelines, respect the rules of gameplay, and adhere to any instructions provided by our event coordinators and game masters. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information when booking. Misrepresentation of age, health status, or other relevant details may result in event cancellation without refund and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including game narratives, puzzles, clues, riddle competitions designs, detective scenarios, spy-themed concepts, and mystery event materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are our exclusive property or licensed to us for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Photographs or recordings of our events may not be shared publicly without consent. Participants acknowledge that the mystery experiences and interactive narratives developed for our events represent proprietary creative work and confidential information.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our mystery events and services on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our events, including physical injury, emotional distress, or property damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants assume all risks associated with attending our events. We maintain appropriate insurance and safety measures, but we do not guarantee accident-free experiences. You acknowledge the physical and mental nature of our detective role-playing gatherings and agree to participate at your own risk, especially for the 40-60 age group demographic.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or cancel any booking at our discretion, including situations where participants violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose a risk to other participants or staff. Event cancellations initiated by participants may be subject to our cancellation policy, which varies by event type. In case of service termination due to participant misconduct, no refund will be provided. We may also discontinue specific mystery events, detective nights, or competitions without advance notice. Any termination is effective immediately, and you will lose access to any non-utilized services or event bookings associated with the termination.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of our platform and participants in our mystery events, detective nights, spy-themed dinners, and riddle competitions throughout Portugal. By continuing to use our services after any modifications to these terms, you accept the updated conditions.
